Upcoming educational challenges for my country , in my opinion

EDUCACTION : RIGHT OR PRIVILEGE?

 
        
Hello my friends, in this moment I going to talk about a contemporary problem in the chilean society, the education.

The country and its education, is the main issue that caused social movements since 2011 mostly, where a part of society has  questioned the lucrative nature of chilean education. Excessive monetary costs that brings the study in Chile, especially in higher education, causes that population with less economic resources can't access to it . 

This cause that the education be a privilege and not a right, because if you do not have necesary money, you can not access to education. The problem is that behind the education there is a business.  This not happen if the State directly funded to eduacion , and grant free education to all population, regardless of your financial resources .

Economist explain that this is not posible, because the state government expenditures are quite high, and can not exceed revenues. In my opinion, this is true, but is no excuse for not granting free education, because there are sovereign funds ( achieved during the copper boom) that could finance the free education

 Emile Durkheim: The Suicide   Hello my friends! In this moment I going talk about one of the founding fathers of sociology, called Emile Durkheim :)    Emile was a French sociologist who set the boundaries of the discipline for firts time. He is the first to talk about "Social Fact", Durkheim explain that "a  social fact is every way of acting, fixed or not, capable of exercising on the individual an external constraint; or again, every way of acting which is general throughout a given society, while at the same time existing in its own right independent of its individual manifestations".   The main  topics of Durkheim are : the suicide, social division of work, school discipline, and religious rituals .   This time I will focus in his study of suicide, that was the first study of a "social fact" (and not only individual psychological fact) measured quantitatively.  Hi everyone, in this moment I will answer two question, and I will give my opinion about this two topics:       What is your opinion about child labor?     Firts of all, we must consider that children should not work as an obligation, since according to the rights of the child, all children have the right to be protected from the child exploitation, and they should not work until they reach a legal age. Nevertheless sometimes they need work to survive, because  the family's salary is not enough to cover bassic needs, In cases like these, children can be allowed to work, as long as they want and are not forced to work againts their will.   For example, when I was a child I loved going to sell at the streetmarket, because it entertained me and also helped my family taking my own  money.   In conclusion, I think that no child should work by obligation of third parties, however, if work does the child happy and also adds income to the family, could be allowed as an exception       Wha

                 My autobiography     Hello friends, my name is Daniel Matias Horta Leyton, I'm nineteen years old, I'm from Chile, in specific, my house is located in Maipú, Santiago. I live whit my father, my mother and my sister. They compose my dear family and home.  In my family, everyone has special virtues. In general, I'm an outgoing person who likes being happy. I love soccer, I'm a ColoColo fan, and I always see his matches . In my free times, I love play guitar and makes sports, also I love see series and movies.
